Lead regional asset protection and safety for lululemon’s Western distribution centres, with strategic oversight across multiple campuses and jurisdictions. This full-time, in-person Senior Manager role leads AP&S Managers across the distribution center network. You will establish priorities, oversee safety and security programs, analyze regional data, and strengthen compliance. The role supports resilient operations through risk mitigation, emergency preparedness, investigations, and consistent network standards. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop AP&S Managers across multiple distribution center sites Establish regional priorities aligned with strategy and operational risk Review incidents, injuries, audits, and compliance trends Direct significant incidents, investigations, emergencies, and crisis response Oversee staffing, budgets, workforce planning, and resource allocation Requirements:
Eight or more years of progressive AP&S, safety, security, or operations experience Experience leading managers across complex, multi-site operational environments Knowledge of workplace safety legislation across multiple jurisdictions Strong data analysis, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Ability to travel regularly between sites, including cross-border travel Bring regional leadership, risk management, safety, security, and compliance expertise to lululemon’s global fulfillment network.
