Lead health and safety at lululemon’s Brampton campus using Ontario compliance expertise, incident investigation, and frontline coaching. This role is onsite five days weekly. The Manager, Health & Safety, Brampton owns daily safety execution across the campus. You will apply network standards, advise site and Operations leaders, and build capability across teams. The work includes safety training, investigations, committee leadership, and regulatory coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver lululemon’s Health & Safety program across the Brampton campus
- Advise leaders on hazards, regulations, and risk mitigation
- Lead campus safety team scheduling, performance, and development
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate inspections, drills, reporting, and emergency readiness
Requirements:
- Three or more years of occupational health and safety experience
- Experience leading people in operational environments
- Working knowledge of Ontario health and safety legislation
- Experience with investigations, training, and Joint Health and Safety Committees
- Post-secondary safety education; First Aid and CPR required or obtainable
- Bring regulatory knowledge, safety leadership, and coaching skills to protect people and operations at lululemon’s Brampton campus.
