- Assist to manage the operation of the Department
- Build up strong customer relationship
- Drives sales through effective merchandising and promotional activity
- Build up strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and complaints resolution
- Provide feedback to staff about performance and expectations
- Responsible for managing the operation of the department, the flow of goods and improving the efficiency of employees
- Prepare sales and retail-related reports

- 具8年或以上本行經驗，包括4年珠寶管理經驗
- 具良好銷售及顧客溝通技巧
- 能操流利國語、粵語及英文及中英書寫能力
- 具有良好商業思維、邏輯思考及分析能力
- 具有良好領導才能及富責任感，能指導和激勵銷售團隊完成銷售目標
- 輪班工作，並能夠在週六日工作
- 熟悉POS系統及Microsoft 應用
- With at least 8 years solid working experience in retail industry preferably with 4 years in jewellry or management
- Strong communication and customer service skill
- Good communication and written skills on both English and Chinese including Cantonese and Mandarin
- Strong business sense, with logical thinking and analytical ability
- Good leadership with ability to coach and motivate sales team to achieve sales target and high sense of responsibility
- Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays on a rotational roster
- Ability to work with POS systems, Microsoft applications and portable devices

Candidates with more solid & relevant working experience and management in jewellery retail industry will be considered for the post of Jewellery Sales Manager
