Job Description:
- 8 years of experience in a Quality Engineering role with a proven track record in designing and developing test automation frameworks.
- Excellent programming skills in Java with a strong understanding of the Spring Boot framework.
- Hands-on test automation development experience using various languages like Java, Python, and TypeScript.
- Experience with industry standard open-source automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, and Rest Assured; experience with UFT is a plus.
- Proven experience in designing end-to-end tests following the test pyramid and a good understanding of different test frameworks for web and desktop applications.
- Strong understanding and working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases with experience implementing automated data validations.
- Working experience with AI tools for software development and knowledge in prompt engineering to optimize results from AI platforms.
- Experience designing test strategies for complex applications in dynamic fast-paced development environments and supporting production releases.
- Previous experience in trading platforms or capital markets is preferred.
- Comfortable writing complex queries and experience with reporting tools.
