Lead architect responsible for overall Discovery Design engagement. Owns target state solution architecture operating model alignment, business to technology traceability, architecture governance, downstream ecosystem assessment, client shared platform impact analysis, executive design reviews and final recommendation signoff. Drives cross workstream alignment across process, data integration, reporting, contact centre and AI streams.
