You will lead Estimating and Purchasing teams while collaborating with Operations, Construction, Sales, Design Centre, and Accounting. The position focuses on accurate costing, competitive trade pricing, financial controls, subcontractor relationships, and process improvement across residential construction operations. Lead and mentor Estimating and Purchasing teams Oversee base-home, upgrade, custom-change, and quantity-takeoff estimating Prepare bid packages and evaluate competitive submissions Manage purchase orders, budgets, pricing updates, and cost variances Improve procedures, cost controls, systems, and operational efficiency Requirements:
