This full-time, permanent Corporate Controller position supports a medium-to-large organization with project-focused construction operations. The successful candidate will oversee costing, financial forecasts, contract requirements, reporting, and accounting team development. Strong analysis and communication are central to the work. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee job costing, reports, allocations, fluctuations, and adjustments Ensure contract terms, project billing, taxes, and labour requirements comply Analyze risks, variances, financial reports, and ad hoc requests Liaise with auditors and provide required internal reporting Present financial information and recommendations to Senior Management Requirements:
CPA designation or active pursuit of CPA Construction experience with project-focused commercial knowledge preferred Seven-plus years accounting and finance experience in similar roles At least two years leading an accounting team Highly organized with strong detail, communication, and problem-solving skills Bring construction project accounting, job costing, financial analysis, and leadership experience to this Corporate Controller position.
