Lookout Housing and Health Society's Data Clerk-Callout worker works with the Site Manager or designate and follows the organization's mission and Code of Ethics. Duties combine telephone callouts, email correspondence, database updates, report tracking, record management, and information gathering. The schedule includes day, afternoon/evening, and overnight shifts across weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate telephone callouts and related staff conversations
- Correspond electronically with staff through email
- Update casual employee availability in the employee database
- Run reports and communicate availability changes
- Gather and compile information as required
Requirements:
- Knowledge of general office procedures
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
