You will support technology implementations, digital transformation, data, and business application initiatives. Your work may include standalone adoption, change management, or training engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build client relationships and understand business technology needs
- Assess people, process, and business impacts of changes
- Develop organizational change management plans and governance approaches
- Create communications, training strategies, and adoption resources
- Monitor adoption metrics and recommend engagement improvements
Requirements:
- Two or more years supporting change, adoption, training, or communications
- Direct client or stakeholder experience in consulting or delivery
- Experience supporting technology implementations or adoption initiatives
- Strong written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage priorities and meet delivery commitments
