This executive role serves London and Middlesex County. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Operating Officer joins LMCH’s Senior Leadership Team. You will align services, resources, and people with strategic priorities while supporting financial stewardship. The mandate includes operational excellence, tenant experiences, and positive community outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic and operational leadership across tenant services
- Oversee maintenance, repairs, and community safety operations
- Lead tenancy support and Rent-Geared-to-Income administration

Requirements:
