Responsibilities:
Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers.
Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates and resolve issues.
Occasionally negotiate rates with carriers and book shipments according to customer needs.
Coordinate logistics operations to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Previous experience in logistics coordination or a related field preferred.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
