This Logistics Management Analyst supports logistics operations connecting goods, services, information, and customer requirements. The work includes SAP S/4 HANA, Department of National Defence DRMIS, inventory management, and Microsoft Office. A Materials Management diploma is required, alongside experience in manufacturing or supply chain logistics. The position supports repair technicians, customers, and logistics process execution. It also includes shipping completed repairs and ordering required parts. Strong organization and attention to detail are important for managing stock and related documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Induct repairs by creating Customer Service Orders in SAP
- Create DRMIS Work Orders within the DND system
- Order required parts from available or purchased stock
- Ship completed repairs back to customers
- Manage the Repair and Overhaul stock room
Requirements:
- Materials Management diploma
- Five to ten years SAP S/4 HANA working knowledge
- Two to five years DND DRMIS working knowledge
- Understanding of manufacturing and supply chain logistics
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
