As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will greet patients, confirm prescription information, and enter patient care data. You will support prescription dispensing, third-party adjudication when necessary, inventory control, and prescription pickup. The role also includes general over-the-counter enquiries, with referrals to the Pharmacist when required. Experience as a Pharmacy Assistant is an asset, while organization, attention to detail, customer service, and computer skills are important. Availability may include days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and confirm pertinent prescription information
