Coordinate patient support services at Loblaw Companies Limited through medication deliveries, inbound inquiries, and detailed document indexing. This role supports patients, clinics, pharmacies, and couriers.
Reporting to the Supervisor, Patient Refill, the Health Services Coordinator coordinates medication deliveries and customer service processes. You will document patient information, conduct refill calls, and triage inquiries across clinical, reimbursement, finance, and other departments. The position requires confidentiality, adaptable communication, and accurate administrative work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to calls from patients, pharmacies, and clinics
- Schedule medication deliveries with patients and couriers
- Conduct pharmacy refill calls for ongoing therapies
- Index documents from clinics, pharmacies, and insurers
- Provide customer service and triage inquiries appropriately
Requirements:
- Minimum one year of call center experience
- Healthcare or insurance experience is an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Windows, Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word skills
- Flexibility for rotating shifts, Monday through Friday
