Lead accurate prescription care with Loblaw Companies Limited as a Pharmacist, using medication expertise and patient counseling in retail pharmacy. This position offers part-time or full-time flexibility.
Reporting to the Pharmacy Manager, the Pharmacist prepares, dispenses, controls, and delivers prescriptions accurately and promptly. You will maintain inventory, counsel patients, resolve requests, and support customer education. The position also includes colleague training, cost control, and community-based marketing. A Bachelor of Science, Pharmacy and Class A license are required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, dispense, and control medications accurately and promptly
- Maintain adequate medication and supplement inventory levels
- Counsel patients regarding new and additional medications
- Resolve patient needs and Doctor requests promptly
- Train Pharmacy colleagues, including technicians, interns, and students
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science, Pharmacy degree
- Class A Pharmacists license
- Superior customer relations and professionalism
- Excellent leadership and performance management skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
