As Regional Pharmacy Director, you will guide Shoppers Drug Mart pharmacy locations across the region. Reporting to the Senior Director, Pharmacy Operations, you will support Associate Owners and Pharmacy Teams through business insights, operational guidance, coaching, and change management. Your work aligns locations with strategic goals, regulatory requirements, market needs, and corporate standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Associate Owners to enhance pharmacy experiences
- Analyze pharmacy counts, sales, margins, and expenses
- Support SOP adherence, workflow efficiency, and pharmacy technology
- Visit locations to assess operations and maintain brand standards
- Facilitate change management aligned with corporate goals
Requirements:
- Valid Pharmacist license in the respective province
- At least five years in pharmacy operations or management
- Understanding of pharmacy business operations and financial metrics
- Leadership, strategic thinking, and business planning experience
- Availability to travel 50% of the time
