As Manager, Capital Planning, you will support the design of merchandising plans and execution within nofrills guardrails. Reporting to the Senior Director, Strategic Projects and Capital Planning, you will bridge category merchandising and operations standards. Your work includes troubleshooting assortment, data integrity, and merchandising concerns while supporting new store openings and banner conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support design and approval of store merchandising layouts
- Collaborate with category and space planning teams
- Provide analytics for visually maintained floor plans
- Resolve discrepancies with franchisees and category teams
- Visit Capital sites to maintain required guardrails
Requirements:
- University or college education, or equivalent experience
- Three to five years of retail experience
- Technical knowledge of listed retail planning systems
- Strong strategic, consumer insight, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and customer service with urgency
