The Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis provides financial expertise to assigned business units and finance senior management. You will lead annual strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting while connecting reporting tools and KPIs to strategic goals. The role translates complex financial and business metrics into actionable next steps.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise stakeholders on financial planning, analysis, and business growth
- Lead annual budgeting and build accurate forecasts collaboratively
- Monitor variance analysis against budgets, plans, and forecasts
- Prepare financial closures, reports, analyses, and supporting narratives
- Coach staff and coordinate reporting deadlines with finance teams
Requirements:
- Five years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong forecasting, budgeting, and operational analysis experience
- Hyperion and SQL experience strongly preferred
