Clinical Kinesiologists with rehabilitation expertise can support LIVE WELL members in person across New Westminster and Langley each week. Full-time and part-time schedules are available.
LIVE WELL Exercise Clinic seeks an experienced Clinical Kinesiologist to lead exercise sessions for middle-aged and older adults. You will work with clinical populations and varied conditions, combining exercise programming, health education, and coaching. The position supports chronic disease prevention and management in small groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain records covering history, medications, goals, and coaching notes
- Measure resting and exercise blood pressure and heart rate
- Complete postural and fitness assessments for members
- Create and update individualized exercise programs
- Demonstrate, cue, and correct exercises safely
Requirements:
- Degree in Kinesiology or Exercise Science
- Minimum three years clinical kinesiology experience
- CSEP-CEP or ACSM CCEP certification, or six-month certification plan
- Valid CPR/AED and First Aid certification
- Reliable commute to both clinic locations
