Lead operational accounting for Live Nation Canada, combining national finance leadership, complex settlements, and process automation across shows and venues. As Senior Director, Operations Finance, you will own accounting for events, venues, and festivals nationally. You will lead managers, shape standards, and partner with senior leadership. The mandate includes close management, controls, data standards, and reliable event-level reporting. Key Responsibilities:
Lead a 12-person operational accounting team through managers Own national event, venue, festival, and financial close accounting Set standards for settlements, reconciliations, documentation, and escalation Develop automated workflows and measure adoption, errors, and manual effort Close audit findings and strengthen SOX-relevant controls Requirements:
CPA designation and bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field 10–12 years of progressive accounting and finance experience Experience leading managers and building a management layer Strong Oracle or Salesforce capability and advanced Excel Availability for travel, evenings, and weekends during peak periods Bring senior accounting leadership, commercial judgment, and automation expertise to Live Nation Canada’s national operating finance function.
