This Operations Accountant serves as an accounting contact for talent, artist representatives, promoters, and production staff. The work includes entering settlements, coding final settlement wires, settling venue expenses, and finalizing each show's profit and loss statement. You will also maintain internal controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as accounting contact for talent and production stakeholders
- Prepare and code artist final settlement wires
- Settle venue expenses and co-promotion deals
- Finalize profit and loss statements for shows

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent
- Progress toward or completion of a CPA designation
- Three to five years of accounting experience
- Advanced Excel and Oracle or Salesforce capability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Use accounting judgment, settlement knowledge, and stakeholder communication to support accurate show financials across Live Nation brands.
