Shape AI-first legal technology in a hybrid Senior Product Manager role based in Toronto or Raleigh, using platform strategy and technical fluency. At Litera, you will own the Firm Intelligence Platform vision, strategy, and roadmap. This senior individual contributor role connects customer insight with business strategy. You will partner with Engineering, Architecture, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the platform vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap
- Define data, API, security, and scalability requirements
- Translate law firm needs into prioritized product requirements
- Make build-versus-buy and sequencing decisions
- Measure adoption, performance, and demonstrated platform value
Requirements:
- 5+ years product management experience in B2B SaaS
- 3+ years owning platform, data, or infrastructure products
- Working knowledge of AI, generative AI, LLMs, retrieval, and agents
- Understanding of MCP and agent-facing service design
- Technical fluency in data modeling, APIs, architecture, and security
- Bring AI, platform, data, and customer insight expertise to define how Litera products act on legal intelligence.
