We are in search of an experienced Plant Controller to further our management team.

Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor plant's financial forecasts and budgets
- Prepare monthly reporting with qualitative analysis
- Ensure precise reporting on product profitability and KPIs
- Analyze actual performance versus budget and suggest actions
- Participate in capital expenditure evaluations and reporting
Requirements
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Financial Management
- Minimum 5 years in a senior financial or controller role
- Professional experience in manufacturing preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Bilingual in English and French, written and spoken
