As Country Lead, you will work with founders and the US GTM team to turn existing Canadian customers, traction, and relationships into a market. You will own strategy, pipeline, revenue, expansion, and the full sales cycle. The work includes selling to AI-native teams and enterprise innovation groups while shaping repeatable playbooks. You will also partner with Product and Engineering, represent Linkup locally, and share Canadian insight with the US team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own Canada's market strategy, pipeline, revenue, and expansion
- Run outreach, discovery, demos, negotiations, and closes
- Build relationships across Canada's AI ecosystem
- Represent Linkup at Toronto, Montreal, and Vancouver events
- Develop repeatable Canadian sales playbooks
Requirements:
- Five-plus years in B2B SaaS or technical sales
- Strong Canadian technology and AI ecosystem network
- Experience closing high-value, multi-stakeholder deals
- Comfort with founders, CTOs, engineers, and data teams
- Willingness to travel between Canada, New York City, and San Francisco
