This Retail Operations Co-op supports Lindt Canada's retail operations team from January 2027 through April 2027. You will coordinate initiatives involving tools, procedures, process improvements, sustainable supplies, and store services. The placement also includes reporting, events, invoices, and partner collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate cross-functional retail operations projects across organizational teams
- Revise and align internal operational processes and policies
- Prepare reports and presentations for retail projects
- Support conference planning, meetings, and event management
- Source supplies and establish store service contracts
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in a related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
