Drive Lindt chocolate sales across Victoria and Duncan using relationship management, category analysis, and retail execution. This temporary four-day part-time assignment represents Lindt & Sprüngli professionally.
As Territory Manager, you will support Lindt, Ghirardelli, and Russell Stover products within Sales and Marketing plans. Reporting to the Field Sales Manager, you will manage customer needs, store-level data, pricing, merchandising communication, and promotional agreements. The territory includes Victoria and Duncan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify sales opportunities through customer relationships and needs understanding
- Execute Marketing and Sales Plans across assigned territory
- Manage customer service issues during regular coverage
- Interpret POS data and category analysis for incremental sales
- Maintain pricing, displays, shelves, claims, and customer files
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education
- Computer proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- At least two years supporting Consumer Packaged Goods sales
- Proven relationship-building and working relationship skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
