The National Account Manager develops annual plans for Pattison Food Group and London Drugs. This role manages customer relationships, commercial negotiations, account P&Ls, and profitability targets. You will translate customer, market, and financial data into actionable recommendations while coordinating Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and other teams. Key Responsibilities:
Develop annual customer business plans across Everyday and Seasonal categories Manage net revenue, gross profit, and trade investment targets Lead forecasting using customer POS and market data Conduct business reviews, negotiations, and joint planning sessions Coach and develop one Key Account Manager Requirements:
Minimum five years of progressive CPG account management experience Experience managing or supporting Pattison Food Group or London Drugs Strong customer P&L, forecasting, ROI, and profitability expertise Advanced Microsoft Excel, with SAP and TPM knowledge Previous people leadership, coaching, or talent development experience Bring CPG account leadership, commercial analysis, and customer relationship expertise to Lindt Canada’s Vancouver sales team.
