As District Manager, you will oversee stores, employees, customer care, safety, and operational performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee operations across multiple stores within the region
- Lead hiring, onboarding, development, and performance management
- Approve payroll, manage schedules, vacations, and attendance
- Champion customer-first experiences, sales, and marketing initiatives
- Promote safety, compliance, training, and incident reporting
Requirements:
- Healthcare designation such as RRT, RN, or LPN
- At least five years of healthcare experience
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to travel frequently and support after-hours issues
