As a Capital Account Executive on Lightspeed's GTM Financial Services Team, you will manage a book of retail customers. You will support Lightspeed customer growth and operations through financial services while executing acquisition tactics. The focus is increasing awareness and adoption among SMB merchants. Your work combines customer outreach, relationship management, contract negotiation, and territory sales coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively contact existing customers about financial services
- Position Lightspeed Capital using effective sales techniques
- Build trusted advisor relationships across assigned accounts
- Negotiate contracts and close customer agreements
- Coordinate with Regional Account Management leaders on opportunities
Requirements:
- Several years of high-performance sales experience
- Financial services sales experience preferred
- Understanding of consultative SaaS solution sales
- Salesforce and pipeline management technology experience
- Excellent communication and executive confidence
