Lightform seeks an experienced accounting professional with three-plus years of experience and a strong AP foundation. You will manage the full AP cycle, support GL and month-end activities, and work with the Controller, Assistant Controller, and purchasing team. The position also supports reporting, audits, and special projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage invoice intake, coding, matching, approvals, and payment runs
- Ensure accurate, supported, timely payments and early-pay discount optimization
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies
- Prepare bank and credit card reconciliations, including foreign currency transactions
- Improve AP automation, electronic approvals, EFT workflows, and ERP utilization
Requirements:
- Three-plus years of accounting experience with strong AP experience
- Exposure to GL accounts or month-end close processes
- Strong understanding of the full accounting cycle and controls
- ERP experience and strong Excel skills
- Clear communication, organization, and independent working ability
