As a Donor Engagement Coordinator, you will serve on MCC BC's Advancement team. The position combines donor relations, administration, customer service, and relationship-building. Your work supports accurate records, donor appreciation initiatives, communications, and reporting connected to MCC's relief, development, and peacebuilding mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome donors and supporters as a first point of contact
- Coordinate donor appreciation initiatives for MCC BC
- Maintain accurate donor, volunteer, and church engagement records
- Support communications and reporting activities
- Engage donors and communities meaningfully
Requirements:
- Two to three years of relevant experience
- Experience in donor relations, administration, or customer service
- Experience with data management or a related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Strong relationship-building skills
