Donor Engagement Coordinator (MCC BC)
Salary: $51,869-$57,632 annually. Placement within this range will be based on qualifications. Mennonite Central Committee BC is seeking a Donor Engagement Coordinator to join our Advancement team. This role serves as a welcoming first point of contact for donors and supporters, coordinates donor appreciation initiatives, maintains accurate donor, volunteer and church engagement records, and supports communications and reporting. We're looking for someone with 2-3 years of experience in donor relations, administration, customer service, data management or a related field, along with strong communication, organizational and relationship-building skills. Based in our Abbotsford office, this full-time position offers the opportunity to support MCC's relief, development and peacebuilding mission through meaningful donor and community engagement.
