Serve as the welcoming face of Columbia Bible College while managing student accounts, payments, and financial details accurately on site.
This full-time Business Office Coordinator position supports reception, accounts receivable, textbook sales, and business systems administration. You will serve students, families, guests, and the wider CBC community while supporting the Finance/Business Office team. The initial term runs through April 30, 2027.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome students, families, guests, and campus community members
- Process student accounts, payments, and accounts receivable activities
- Support textbook store operations, sales, inventory, and purchasing
- Administer business systems and support Finance/Business Office activities
- Communicate policies and resolve account questions respectfully
Requirements:
- Post-secondary accounting or business administration education completed or underway
- At least one year customer-facing, administrative, retail, or bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, especially Excel and Outlook
- Strong numerical accuracy, communication, and financial reconciliation skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
