Northview Community Church in Abbotsford, BC seeks an Executive Pastor of Internal Ministries to lead health, alignment, and discipleship impact of congregational ministries. Working with the Lead Pastor and Senior Leadership Team, this role guides ministry team leaders, strengthens culture, and translates vision into ministry execution across campuses.
The successful candidate will have a graduate degree in theology or related field and at least 10 years of senior leadership in large church.
