Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise Personal Support Workers during care
- Assess and monitor resident care needs regularly
- Develop and modify residents' care plans
- Ensure proper delivery of medications to residents
- Maintain communication with residents and families
Requirements:
- Current Ontario RN Certificate of Competence
- Experience in retirement or long-term care preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Supervisory experience in healthcare settings
- Ability to lift and transfer residents safely
