Help Life Time members move and feel better through assisted stretching, recovery techniques, and educational client support. Build relationships while delivering branded sessions.
As a Stretch Specialist, you will develop client programs supporting goal achievement and retention. You will lead assisted stretch and recovery sessions using PNF, contract-relax stretching, hypervolt percussion, and breathing drills. You will also conduct demonstrations, recommend programs, assist members on the fitness floor, and document client programming.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop safe, professional client programs supporting goals and retention
- Lead assisted stretch sessions using PNF and contract-relax techniques
- Conduct recovery sessions using stretching, percussion, and breathing drills
- Complete screenings, questionnaires, demonstrations, and client goal setting
- Document programming and complete associated administrative requirements
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Certified personal trainer credential
- Current CPR and AED certification
- Knowledge of assisted stretching and recovery techniques
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform required movements
