Responsibilities span recruitment, onboarding, contracts, employee relations, performance management, labour relations, payroll coordination, benefits, safety, and office operations. The position supports efficient operations, regulatory compliance, and a respectful workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate orientations, training records, exit interviews, and recommendations
- Administer accurate contracts, agreements, and employee documentation
- Support managers with attendance, conduct, performance, and discipline matters
- Administer collective agreements, grievances, reporting, and union obligations
- Coordinate benefits, safety compliance, policies, and office operations
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Three to five years of progressive HR experience
- Ontario employment standards and unionized employment knowledge
- Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
- Legal authorization to work in Canada and in-person Woodbridge availability
