Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve revenue growth through customer service
- Meet or exceed company goals in individual statistics
- Maintain visual standards, signage, and store cleanliness
- Process shipments and reset merchandise
- Protect company assets within Lids Retail guidelines
Requirements:
- Communicate verbally in a clear, professional manner
- Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Occasionally climb ladders and work overhead
- Constantly stand and frequently walk during shifts
- Operate computers and mobile Point-of-Sale systems
