This Financial Planner role supports experienced Wealth professionals developing practice management skills through planning and observational coaching. You will work between Libro Credit Union and Aviso Wealth, serving member households with managed investment solutions. The position participates in Libro's Sales Compensation program, with a base salary of $79,725 plus sales incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with member households holding investable assets
- Translate member goals into modular financial planning software
- Respond to referrals, data insights, and market intelligence
- Develop regional business relationships with professionals and communities
- Maintain compliance, licensing, and continuing education requirements
Requirements:
- PFP, CFP, and/or QAFP designation
- Three to five years of industry experience
- At least two years in managed investment roles
- Passion for strengthening people's financial well-being
- Accountability, courage, high performance, and inclusive mindset
