ServiceNow Developer

Leverage Tek is actively seeking a Senior Service Now Developer for a 6-month contract with its Ottawa-based customer.

Work Location

Hybrid 2x week onsite - Work locations include Ottawa, Montreal, Vancouver, and Calgary.

• Key Tasks
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to Service Now development teams
• Review solution designs, technical approaches, and development practices
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to technical and development standards
• Support architecture alignment and platform governance activities
• Design, develop, and maintain Service Now applications and platform capabilities
• Develop business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Flow Designer automations, Script Includes, integrations, and custom applications
• Support and enhance the IRM space, as well as BCM, Legal Service Delivery, custom scoped applications, and Release Ops
• Design, implement, and maintain Automated Test Framework (ATF) test suites
• Champion automated testing practices across development teams and integrate ATF into release and deployment processes
• Support quality assurance and defect management activities
• Develop and support integrations using REST APIs, Integration Hub, and enterprise integration patterns
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and support
• Collaborate with security, architecture, integration, and platform teams on complex technical issues
• Key Qualifications
• 7+ years of hands-on Service Now development experience with a minimum of 2+ years supporting Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
• Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining Automated Test Framework (ATF) test suites and providing technical leadership and code reviews

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Business Continuity Management (BCM), Legal Service Delivery (LSD), custom Service Now applications, and/or Release Ops
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale Service Now platforms
• Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – IRM
• Service Now Micro-Certifications related to ATF, Platform Development, Flow Designer, or Integration Hub
• French and English bilingualism
• Reliability Status security clearance (must be in place prior to contract start date)

Compensation Hourly Rate Negotiable This is an existing position vacancy.
