We are looking for a reliable and safety-focused DZ Driver to join our team at our Peterborough warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering parts to customers and job sites throughout the Peterborough and surrounding regions.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate company delivery vehicles
- Load, secure, and deliver parts from Peterborough warehouse
- Handle parts weighing approximately 50 lbs
- Complete deliveries in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with loading and unloading as required
- Maintain accurate delivery paperwork and records
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns
- Provide friendly, professional service to customers
- Follow all applicable transportation and workplace safety regulations
Requirements
- Valid DZ driver's licence with a clean or satisfactory driving record
- Previous commercial driving or delivery experience preferred
- Comfortable lifting and handling parts weighing approximately 50 lbs
- Good knowledge of Peterborough and surrounding areas
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily delivery schedule
