You will scale policies, processes, onboarding, and development programs while partnering with leaders, managers, and a dedicated recruiter. The work includes early-career hiring, campus recruitment, employee relations, people metrics, and compliance with Ontario and Canadian employment legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scale policies, processes, and programs for rapid growth
- Design cohort onboarding and 30/60/90-day milestones
- Support 40+ net new sales hires and campus recruitment
- Coach managers supporting first-time professionals
- Advise leaders on workforce planning and performance management
Requirements:
- 3+ years of progressive HR experience
- At least one year as a business partner
- Experience scaling HR processes and early-career hiring
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of Ontario and Canadian employment legislation
