This leadership role supports resident dignity and independence through current care plans, while maintaining regulatory compliance. The position also oversees infection prevention, team development, resident concerns, and budget responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead clinical teams in excellent delivery of care services
- Maintain resident care plans supporting dignity and independence
- Lead infection prevention and control practices
- Resolve resident and family concerns promptly
- Manage care revenues, labour, and supplies expenses
Requirements:
- Completed nursing program
- Currently registered with the CNO
- Three or more years in a leadership role
- Vulnerable Sector Police Clearance
