- Vos responsabilités
- Participation à la rédaction de projets d'actes;
- Effectuer les recherches sur les différentes plateformes (REQ, Corporations Canada, RDPRM, plumitifs, etc.);
- Communiquer avec les différents intervenants;
- Préparation de la facturation;
- Ouverture et fermeture de dossiers;
- Toute autre tâche connexe
- Vos compétences
- Expérience minimale de 3 ans en immobilier commercial principalement;
- Détenir des Techniques juridiques ;
- Français impeccable;
- Maitrise de la Suite Office et du logiciel Para-Maître (un atout).
