The successful candidate will work on challenging matters that involve advising clients, developing legal strategies, and representing their interests before the appropriate courts and tribunals.

Responsibilities
- Advise and represent clients in a variety of labour and employment law matters
- Analyze legal issues and develop appropriate strategies
- Prepare and review pleadings, legal opinions, and other relevant documents
- Advocate before courts and other tribunals
- Independently manage complex matters with rigour and diligence
- Work closely with other members of the team
- Deliver high-quality professional service
Requirements
- At least five years of relevant experience in labour and employment law
- Strong knowledge of labour and employment law
- A keen interest in advocacy
- Excellent academic and professional record
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
