Our client, a legal professional services firm, specializing in business law and commercial litigation is looking for a Notary to join its growing team.
Job Description
- Drafting and modifying of a variety of commercial agreements, including NDAs, COIs, LOIs, Terms Sheets, Supply agreements, sub-contractor agreements, general conditions agreements, licenses, etc.
- Provide legal expertise in real estate-related matters and financing
- Provide legal expertise in real estate and financing
- Organize and maintain documentation and records
Skills and Qualifications
- Member of la chambre des notaires du Québec
- Minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience in business law, preferably in corporate and banking law, mergers & acquisitions, real estate law and financing
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent problem solving, business acumen, analytical and organizational skills
- Self-driven and resourceful
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent writing skills in English and French
- Proactive, creative and quick learner
