Provide services in corporate taxation, tax litigation, services to individuals and non-profit organizations Work on complex files with a varied clientele Provide high quality services to internal and external clients in various types of files Conduct various types of tax-related research Meet and advise various internal and external stakeholders Draft various legal documents, including opinions, memos and deeds in connection with tax planning, reorganizations and representations What You’ll Bring
Over 10 years of relevant experience as an associate in a reputable firm An entrepreneurial attitude fostering autonomy and the development of your practice Strong analytical, communication and drafting skills A strong work ethic and attention to detail
