If you represent clients in real estate transactions, financings, and various operations within the real estate industry and are interested in joining a more innovative and transparent firm. The partner joining the firm will have the opportunity to bring along their team of associates, paralegals, as well as their assistant.
We are looking for professionals who can
Developing and serving an existing client base
Advise clients on complex real estate transactions
Accompany clients in real estate transactions
Act as an advisor in real estate financing transactions
Negotiate and draft commercial agreements
Negotiate and set up sales and purchase contracts, development agreements, commercial leases and real estate financing
Advising businesses on both a local and international scale

Qualificatins and Skills
Over 10 years of relevant experience in real estate transactions and as a partner in a renowned law firm
Strong analytical, communication and drafting skills
Strong organizational skills and excellent management of prioritiesA strong work ethic and attention to detail
An entrepreneurial attitude fostering autonomy and the development of your practice
Excellent academic credentials
Member of the Quebec Bar
