Our client, a well-established law firm, is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to join its team.

Your Role
Working closely with the lawyers on the team, your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing, reviewing and formatting court proceedings, correspondence and other legal documents
- Monitoring litigation files, deadlines and calendars
- Preparing books of exhibits, proceedings and authorities
- Conducting searches in various public registries
- Opening, updating and maintaining files
- Handling various administrative tasks, including time entries, billing and expense reports
Your Profile
- Diploma in secretarial studies, paralegal technology or other relevant training
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a legal assistant, ideally in civil and commercial litigation
- Excellent command of written and spoken French
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of iManage considered an asset
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Autonomy, attention to detail, initiative and a strong team spirit
