Support civil litigation matters through precise legal drafting and file management in a hybrid law firm environment focused on construction law.
This paralegal position requires at least three years of litigation experience. You will support lawyers handling civil and commercial matters, primarily involving construction and real estate law. The work includes court filings, legal research, procedural deadlines, and client communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft pleadings, correspondence, contracts, and other legal documents
- Prepare court documents and file them with appropriate registries
- Draft legal hypothecs and related construction documents
- Calculate procedural deadlines and maintain file calendars
- Coordinate hearing exhibits, communications, and documentation
Requirements:
- Minimum three years of similar litigation experience
- DEC in Paralegal Technology or legal secretarial training
- Good knowledge of civil litigation procedures
- Excellent written and spoken French
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Teams
